While our Call Center receives hundreds of blood and platelets demands every day, our telephone operators contact “matching” blood donors, registered within our database, asking for their help to donate directly where the need is – at blood banks.

In November, our operators were working at full capacity, and consequently they were able to direct 1422 individuals to blood banks, of which 784 donated! That is, until today, the highest number achieved by our colleagues during a single month; we thank all of them for all efforts done to save hundreds of lives!
